At Silo Stone Home, we stand behind the quality of every product we carry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return process.

Return Eligibility Window

You have 30 days from the date of confirmed carrier delivery to initiate a return request. Requests submitted after this window cannot be accepted. The delivery date is determined by the tracking confirmation recorded by your carrier.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions without exception:

  • The item must be completely unused and in its original, unaltered condition.
  • The item must be free from damage, marks, or signs of use of any kind.
  • The item must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging, including all protective materials, inserts, and accompanying documentation.
  • Items that have been assembled, modified, or used in any capacity are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, contact our support team at support@silostonehome.com within your 30-day eligibility window. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, a brief description of your reason for return, and photographic evidence of the item's current condition and packaging.

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return authorisation instructions and the designated return address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly fulfilled. We strongly recommend returning items via a tracked and insured postal service.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at support@silostonehome.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Items showing evidence of use, assembly, or alteration
  • Items not in original manufacturer packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items (where clearly noted at point of purchase)
