Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive an automated dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking reference once your order has been fulfilled.

Delivery Timeframes

We ship exclusively within Australia. Once dispatched, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location. Remote or regional areas may require additional transit time.

Tracked Shipping

Every Silo Stone Home order is dispatched via a fully tracked logistics service. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Cargo Insurance

All shipments are fully covered by end-to-end cargo insurance from the moment your order leaves our fulfilment centre until it is delivered to your nominated address. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@silostonehome.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery postcode. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm payment.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing your order. If you identify an error, contact us immediately at support@silostonehome.com — we will do our best to amend the address prior to dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been fulfilled.
